TERMS
You must fill in a client application form and be a confirmed client before booking in. We reserve the right to cancel your order if you do not meet these requirements of our service.
Deposit:
Deposits must be paid manually by the client after they have booked in their order. At checkout you will be given two payment options: Paypal or Bank Transfer. For whichever selected you will receive details on how to make payment. Once paid, we will commence with your order.
Unfortunately, our webstore does not automatically take deposit payment at checkout. This is due to the payment plug in costing us extra. And after consultation with a study group of clients last year- who decided they would much rather continue manual payment than us having to increase wholesale bundle prices to cover the cost of having a payment plugin on our webstore.

Order time frame:
Wholesale orders may take up to 3 weeks to complete. However, we aim to complete orders in most cases within the week they are ordered.
Our 3 week leeway allows us to source extra product for you e.g. if we don't currently have pieces that we feel will meet your application form preferences in studio.
In rare circumstances where a specific order may take over the 3 week time frame (i.e. team illness, very specific client requirements), this will be communicated with client(s) prior to commencement on wholesale order. *In this circumstance, we are happy to offer clients a refund on their deposit if they wish to cancel their order.
Shipping:
We ship to most countries. We aim to ship worldwide, however their are some countries we don't currently cover. Do see list below:
- Russia
- China
- South America
- Israel
Shipping costs are calculated after order, and are based on the size and weight of the wholesale order. This helps us keep prices low on shipping for clients. Shipping cost will be charged via invoice, with the remaining 80% value of wholesale order, and are payable before sending goods.
If you wish to know an approximate cost of shipping goods to your region before ordering, please do drop us an email and we can do our best to advise an approximate cost.
Return Policy:
All sales are final. We do not offer returns on goods.
Our vintage we supply is A+/B grade, and we inspect all pieces to make sure they are at a sellable condition. We pride ourselves on supplying the best Y2K and 90's vintage in the game! However, due to the vintage nature of the clothing we cannot guarantee that there wont be minor blemishes to items (ie. fading or light marks).
